Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within a week to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - 551 Columbus avenue, NY NY 10024. Orders can be picked up daily, from 12-5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Policy:

LOCAL DELIVERY: Local delivery can be enabled upon special request. Please email hello@thesunshinery.com to arrange. We'll do our best to work with you. Subject to a fee. Same day delivery is subject to a $25+ fee. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $8.99 applies to all orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping within the US. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100. For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
